Alison became part of the NPR family in 2007 when she was tapped to host The Bryant Park Project. She went onto to be a fill in host for Weekend Edition and Talk of the Nation. She was the host of the debut season of The TED Radio Hour in 2012. It was voted best new podcast by iTunes that year.
